It is hard to believe that March is upon us already! I really enjoyed seeing so many of you at parent teacher conferences! It is so nice to have valuable conversations about student growth and learning.
We are still anxiously awaiting our Colorado Shines Quality Rating from the state. As soon as we hear, we will be sure to share with you. We hope to have an ice-cream social with families to celebrate upon its completion-stay tuned!
Miss Annie and I are also gearing up for next year! We are lucky to have multiple ways to help fund preschool at Lake. In addition to the tuition program we have the Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) that can provide scholarships for preschoolers who qualify. Lake school is also now a Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) provider as well. Special Education students also get scholarships to attend preschool.
Our in person registration dates are April 5th 4-7 and April 7th 9-4. If you are applying for CPP and/or have not previously attended Lake School you will need to apply in person on one of these dates. CPP application review requires a developmental screening using the Ages & Stages tool as well as an interview with me, the CPP coordinator. Scholarships are limited so mark your calendars. Please see the CPP Brochure.pdf or pick on up from the front office for more about qualifying factors.
Thanks for being a part of our Lake School Family!
